It is free with no time limit for up to 20 active vehicles, 1 branch, 10 pickup/return points and 2 users; no credit card is asked for. Free accounts unused for 90 days are archived (we e-mail you 15 days before); you can reopen yours when you sign in.

Everything you have keeps working; you just cannot add more. Buy an add-on in the panel (+10 vehicles on Free, up to 40) or move to a higher plan.

Plans are yearly and paid by card; your card is stored and the subscription renews automatically every year. If a payment fails you get 14 days of grace. Companies in Turkey pay in Turkish lira, in Europe in euro, elsewhere in US dollars.

Your website is free on every plan: you design it yourself in the panel's editor and publish it on yourcompany.hermes.rent; search and booking work with your own vehicles, branches and prices. You can add your own domain (www.yourcompany.com) by the year. Bookings made on it land straight in your Hermes.rent panel.

Companies in Turkey on the Standard and Professional plans can be listed on Otorento. The Otorento team runs a certification first.

Yes. Agencies and brokers, their commissions and channel prices are managed in Hermes.rent. Ready-made integrations depend on your agreement with the channel and on the country.

You can add your vehicles, customers and prices in the panel. For large fleets we plan a bulk migration with you under Enterprise.
